Diesel or Petrol? That decision all depends on how you plan to use your Defender, the mileage you are planning on doing and your view on how quickly diesel engines will be taxed off UK roads?

The only sensible (scratch that) proper petrol option for your defender is a V8. Anything else is a compromise that will more than likely drag your defender from A to B…. but with a little more effort, you can make a statement with a V8 petrol masterpiece.
